Here are the top three stories in Dallas today:
- Dallas’ Parks & Recreation Department is searching for volunteers to help during upcoming tree planting events. The “Branching Out” campaign will continue on Saturday, Nov. 12 at William Blair Jr. Park. Click for volunteer registration details. (Dallas Park and Recreation)
- The Dallas Police Department is searching for a driver that was involved in a deadly hit-and-run crash that occurred shortly after midnight on Saturday. The crash was in the 9900 block of Forest Lane in northeast Dallas. The suspected vehicle is a black 2008-2012 Honda Accord with a missing passenger side mirror. Anyone with information is asked to contact the department. (WFAA.com)
- Enchant, the world’s largest holiday-themed light event will be returning to Dallas. The light extravaganza will be at Fair Park in Dallas beginning on Nov. 25 (Good Friday).
