Cowboys vs. Giants score: Live updates, game stats, highlights, analysis for NFC East bout on Thanksgiving

Sandwiched between two other Thanksgiving games is our Texas-sized matchup between the Cowboys and Giants. The visiting Giants, on the strength of two big interceptions, takes a 13-7 lead at intermission.

After a defensive-dominated opening quarter, the Cowboys took a 7-3 lead on Ezekiel Elliott’s six-yard touchdown five seconds into the second quarter. The Giants quickly regained the lead on Saquon Barkley’s touchdown run from a yard out on New York’s ensuing drive. The score was set up by Darius Slayton’s leaping 44-yard catch two plays earlier.

The Cowboys appeared to be on the verge of reclaiming the lead late in the first half, but the Giants’ defense stepped up after safety Julian Love intercepted Dak Prescott’s pass intended for CeeDee Lamb. The pick was the second of the half for Prescott, who also threw two interceptions during Dallas’ Week 10 loss to Green Bay.

Led by Daniel Jones, the Giants parlayed Love’s pick into a last-second, 47-yard field goal by Graham Gano. Jones threw for 123 yards in the first half, while Prescott had 116 yards through the air. Slayton’s 58 receiving yards led the Giants, while Michael Gallup has a game-high 63 yards on five catches. Elliott enjoyed a strong first half with 61 yards and his score on seven carries.
