William Eubanks III, Chief Executive Officer
William Eubanks III succeeds outgoing CEO Dave Crawford, who announced his retirement in May. As CEO, Eubanks will oversee the organization’s more than 80 employees, 200 volunteers, and its Dallas Neighborhood Homes construction and Dallas Neighborhood Alliance mortgage operations, as well as its ReStore locations. Eubanks has served as COO for KFC and National VP of Pizza Hut, in addition to owning and operating 32 franchises with Yum! Brands. Most recently, he served as president of Eubanks Holdings, overseeing commercial property development. He will assume his new role on November 14.

Jennifer Makins, Executive Director of the Stem Center of Excellence
In her new role, Jennifer Makins will lead a team of program coordinators, specialists, and AmeriCorps volunteers as they address gender parity in STEM careers. Before joining the Girl Scouts, Jenn served the Parish Episcopal School in Dallas for 13 years. Prior to that, she was a communication liason to NASA educational programs for USA Today.

Paul Cooke III, Vice President
Paul Cooke specializes in tenant rep, project leasing, pad site and restaurant sales, and sourcing investment opportunities for his clients. Paul was awarded with The Retail Connection’s 2021 Rookie of the Year Award for being the company’s top producing young agent. He currently works with tenants including F45 Fitness, Mayweather Boxing, Fatburger, Cabinet Warehouse and Craft Beer Market. He joined TRC in 2019 as an analyst.

Caleb Brian, Director of Wealth Management
Caleb Brian joined North Texas-based True North Advisors in 2019 as a wealth manager. He most recently served as senior wealth manager for the company. Prior to joining True North, he worked for Dallas-based Tolleson Wealth Management for nearly six years, rising from analyst to client manager.

Amanda Hendrick, Director of Strategy and Development
Amanda Hendrick previously served as vice president and business development director at Corgan, where she led the firm’s national and local partnerships. In her new role, she will focus will on keeping MAA on the top of its industry, effectively evaluating market trends, running competitive analyses, and solidifying business opportunities.

Ching-Ting Wang, Regional Director, Texas and Southeast Research
In her new role, Ching-Ting Wang will oversee the company’s regional research initiatives in Texas and Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, and Tennessee. She will manage the production and distribution of thought leadership reports and analytical research materials. Alongside brokerage professionals, she will provide reliable and timely data on market trends and economic activity to support real estate strategies.
