A large suburban Dallas office campus is up for grabs.
The Park West office buildings on Interstate 635 in Farmers Branch contain almost 700,000 square feet.
The two office buildings – constructed in the 1980s – sit on 16 acres at the northwest corner of LBJ Freeway and Luna Road.
The buildings are 66% leased to tenants including Haggar, Hyla, Laredo Petroleum and Martin Manetta.
Newmark is marketing the buildings for sale.
“Park West’s high-profile North Dallas location provides valuable visibility to more than 170,000 vehicles a day,” Newmark says in its sales pitch. “The property features immediate upside through the lease up of existing vacancy that includes more than 100,000 contiguous square feet on the top two floors of Park West 2.”
The buildings recently had $17 million in upgrades.
The office campus is located near the popular Cypress Waters development.
The Park West buildings have hit the market just as demand for office space is ramping up after a slowdown during the pandemic.
